Our company has the technology to manufacture FCD800 and FCD900 using as-cast (without heat treatment) methods. We propose materials and shapes that can lead to various VE and VA suggestions, such as material switching from steel (forged products). Since manufacturing is possible in as-cast form, there are no concerns about distortion or expansion due to heat treatment.
